Anatomy – The language of the body

Part 1 – What is the human body?
  1. Connective tissue
  2. Muscles
  3. Joints
  4. A nervous system

Part 2 – How do you maintain it?

  1. Move it (joints, glands, connective tissue)
  2. Use it (muscle contraction and lengthening – aerobic and anaerobic)
  3. Relax it (nervous sustem and muscles)
  4. Feed it (total system)

(Part 2 is about the mechanical requirements of the body)
