Atma Yoga 1.0
Atma Yoga 1.0 is an ideal yoga set for everyone interested in exploring yoga. Atma Yoga 1.0 gives yoga newcomers a safe and powerful yoga experience. Atma Yoga 1.0 emphasizes highly effective breathing technology and easy body movements that work for a range of body types. Focus on coring up, stretching the spine, and breathing.
Atma Yoga 2.0
Atma Yoga 2.0 picks up beautifully from 1.0. This set is slightly more challenging, and introduces a wide range of popular well-known yoga asanas. As in 1.0 the emphasis is still on healing and strengthening the postural muscles (the muscles that support your spine). In Atma Yoga 2.0 the progression is in three parts: from slow-deep floor poses to dynamic strength poses with purifying breath work to a series of standing poses that strengthen and ground you.
Atma Power Yoga

2. Sets designed to move the spine in all directions; well being is enhanced by a healthy spine.
3. Inversions which reverse the effects of gravity; fluids are returned to the upper body and heart function is enhanced.
